Missed the boat when it was below 7 cents. Luye Medical now has control and begs the Q: What's the grand plan? Luye is a big fish listed in HK, why are they bothered with a smallish Catalist company?
Asia Medic would be interesting if Cryoviva, its investment which is targeted at the cord blood bank business, takes off. I don't think it has and Asia Medic is still largely a 'normal' healthcare play:
Share placement @ 5.5 cents dilutes Luye big-time as Luye bought into AsiaMedic at 18 cents. Dilution is own doing as its 2 chosen directors are taking up placement, and the Ngiam brothers were introduced to the company by the new directors. Anyway, not my problem but it will be interesting to understand what Luye plans to do with AsiaMedic.
Hmm.... this may be the stock to watch in 2016!
Luye should announce plans for AsiaMedic in due course and if they are big dreams, the stock will surely fly. I doubt Luye has no plans or small plans for Asiamedic.
