FY10 net profit S$4.0m was slightly below expectations on lower than-
expected sales and weaker-than-expected gross margins.

However, a higher-than-expected dividend of 1.25cts (including special
dividend of 1sct) was declared to reward shareholders. Together with
the interim dividend of 0.25cts, this translates into a 7.9% dividend yield

Firm price, but no sizzling run - yet.
seems like a good counter but not recognised.

Steady climb to 22 cts now, from 18-19 before its full year results.
Major cash hoard in the bank, someting like 13 cents cash a share with no debt.

Beneficiary of semicon boom

Accumulation seems to have stopped, although Avi-Tech is still a value stock as it has lots of cash in the bank and it is a beneficiary of the semiconductor boom.

Final dividend is 1.25 cents a share. Waiting for AGM to come....

Is Avi-Tech still a beneficiary of semicon boom? Appears that there is a return to normalisation, with 3Q being the peak of the boom.

Anyone in the industry can give some first hand observations?

The queue to buy at 23.5 cents is looking good with 1.7 m shares versus 500,000 shares to sell at 24 cents.
