Someone wishes to share casual pictures of 800 Super's AGM *(24 Oct 2014) in Senoko.
-- About 20 shareholders attended. It's the 4th AGM and the biggest since IPO, according to CEO. There used to be only 1 attendee.
CEO Lee Cheng Chye -- explained a lot about the business to shareholders (many are first-time shareholders of 800 Super perhaps).
Yummy food still available after everyone had
makan . More food available at adjacent table. Generous of management to provide a big spread.

800 Super is going to enjoy lots of cost savings from cheaper fuel. It's a sweet surprise.

Competitor Veoila in the news :
THE National Environment Agency (NEA) is taking action against a public waste collection company found to have mixed items meant for recycling with rubbish for incineration during refuse collection. - See more at:

--This reminds me of a business risk. The on-the-ground workers screw up, company gets fined or whatever. Worst case scenario, contract gets premature termination.
Business model is one thing, day-to-day work by FTs can bring grief.
Having said that, 800Super is on my radar. Hope to buy cheap.

Unfortunately, no sign of the cost savings from fuel price drop in the latest set of results. Instead, labour costs have gone up faster than expected.
Note that Phillips has cut EPS forecast quite a bit for FY15, from 8.38 cents to 5.3 cents.
Will the fuel cost savings only come through from this quarter onwards?
