WHAT is the Target Price? TechWah will derive HOW MANY % PROFIT GROWTH from Windows 7?

If I were Ho Bee boss, I would be expecting (expecting, ok) 10% dividend yield and 30% capital appreciation. Not too high an expectation, as 30% gain is just 9 c.
