Trading Halt today awaiting press release..... Good New? Bad New?

C MY and fellow petitioners, well done! 15 cts special dividends declared! Hurrah! This marks the dawn of a new age for minority activism!

Wow! Stock is up 10 cents at 46 cents. But .....this is underpriced still because it implies that after in 2 weeks time, the stock is worth only 31 cents. Once again, the stock is priced below the net cash (47 cents - 15 cents) of 32 cents.

We should keep up the pressure on management to deliver better performance from their core business and utilise the remaining cash wisely in order to deliver better returns for shareholders over the long run.

At current price of $0.45, still good to buy?:dry:

Company has 47 cts cash. Stock is 46 cents, well, by right, it is still an attractive buy . Of course was one helluva buy at 35 cts, pre-dividend announcement. Upside is limited - for now at least. If it goes up some more - to 50 cents - sure face resistance. Go buy tech and/or shipping stocks. More value there. Still in early phase of sector recovery.
