Potatolover, @ what price would you buy back China Sunsine?

40 cents ? = 4X this year's EPS? = 3.75% dividend yield *(assumes 1.5 cents payout as final dividend).

Good results but yet the share price did not go up...

it might drop to say 40 cent level - a level that is very high for this S-chip....

Potatolover, why never reply?

Other investors say the company has used its high profitability = cashflow to repay its bank loans which were taken for prodn capacity expansion programmes. Over the next few Qs, more bank loans should be repaid.

What PEwould a Global Player command for its share price when the balance sheet is strengthened and (hopefully) the company's dividend goes up to 2 cents a share? Only 4-5X? Or at least 8X.

The company can do 10 SGD cents this year in EPS and that level nextyear (X fingers). 8X PE is ok or not? That means *** 80 cents!

On what price to buy back again, I may consider buying it back again at below 20 cents.

tks.

20 cents? Haha... I can develop some abs from laughing hard at your reply. My grandfather said, 40 cents you can buy already.

Nice price to enter now? Internet data shows aniline price has been coming down : http://graph.100ppi.com/?w=550&h=332&c=p&id=258&state=english

www.sunsirs.com/uk/prodetail-258.html

pg 7 of CIMB report says "aniline alone accounts for over 50% of the total production cost" of rubber accelerators.

brokingrfs.cimb.com/o7oE1K40Zp2WBkl-q3YK...0Su8uYc8fgBfF-k1.pdf

Like that, the falling aniline price will expand profit margin (everything else staying constant).
What's the % earnings impact, ah?
